I was born on December 16, 1987 in Anamur. I completed my primary, secondary and high school years in Anamur. I am a graduate of Anadolu University Sports Management. In 2011, my first work experience began with gaining state experience in local governments. I have been working with the Yücelen family since 2015. I have combined both my state experience and my private sector gains in Yücelen Group companies under the roof of Yücelen Education, Culture and Health Foundation, which I have been a part of since its establishment on 05.11.2020. I started my duty as the Foundation and Academy Coordinator at the establishment of our Foundation and I continue my duty as the General Manager as of 10.06.2022 with the decision of our very valuable Board of Directors.
Message from the General Manager;
The Yücelen family has always competed to serve Anamur, Mersin and our country voluntarily and has signed very valuable services. They have never hesitated to do more than they could in every field they could benefit from. They carried out their charity work quietly and away from the public eye. The Yücelen Foundation was established to transform this voluntary work from an individual effort into a national one.
Since then, the works that we are used to seeing in big cities and big universities have been carried out. The youth and children of Anamur have been introduced to concepts such as technology, artificial intelligence, robotics and coding. They have participated in national competitions and won even in their first experiences. Yücelen Foundation has always made a difference with the works it has carried out. The trainers who have both national and international successes guide and show them the way.
Our projects and R&D studies, especially in education, culture and health, are increasing every day. Our excitement and motivation are also increasing with the increasing studies. I have full faith that we will achieve much better works together.
I am proud to be a part of this privilege that has been realized in Anamur thanks to the Yücelen family, and I hope that our work will inspire every volunteer.
Dr. Ali Yucelen

Ali Yücelen was born in 1974 in the Anamur district of Mersin. Yücelen, who completed his secondary education at Ankara Anatolian High School, graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Bilkent University. After completing his undergraduate education, Yücelen worked in various government institutions and most recently worked as an Assistant Research Specialist at the Competition Authority. In order to add an international vision to his education and career, he completed his master's degree in finance at George Washington University in the USA. Yücelen immediately returned to Turkey and began working as an Assistant Inspector at the İş Bankası Inspection Board. Continuing his academic career, Yücelen successfully completed his PhD program at the Ankara University Institute of Social Sciences and received the title of Doctor. Continuing his academic studies and education with the education and certification programs he attended along with his articles and studies published on international platforms, Dr. Ali Yücelen most recently attended professional training at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
In his professional career, Ali Yücelen combined his corporate experience and knowledge with his entrepreneurial spirit and started his business life in 2003. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Executive Board of Yücelen Group of Companies, which operates in the fuel, distribution, logistics, energy, software, IT, import and export sectors with his young and dynamic entrepreneurial vision, and he is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yücelen Education, Culture and Health Foundation, founded by the Yücelen family in Anamur. Yücelen, who combined his international education, business experience and entrepreneurial spirit in 2006 under the roof of TÜGİAD, Turkey's first national and only international young businessmen's association founded in 1986, served as a Member of the TÜGİAD Board of Directors between 2010 and 2012, as the Coordinator of TÜGİAD Ankara and TÜGİAD Çukurova Branches, and subsequently as the President of the TÜGİAD Board of Directors in the 14th, 15th and 16th terms starting from 2012, and later as the President of the High Advisory Board. During this period;
He has also served as the G20 YEA-G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance Term President, JEUNE Europe-European Young Businessmen Confederation Vice President, YES-European Young Entrepreneurs Confederation Vice President, TOBB Young Entrepreneurs Board Supreme Board Member, and has participated in many national and international symposiums, panels, congresses and studies, and has also served as a consultant for entrepreneurship programs in various countries and organizations.
Dr. Ali Yücelen, together with other companies within the Yücelen Group, is the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ankara TEKMER, Turkey's first private sector capital Technology Development Center, and he continues to serve in this position. Yücelen, who speaks English and German, teaches 'Entrepreneurship and Innovation' and 'Innovation and Technology' courses part-time in undergraduate and graduate programs at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University.

Mustafa Yücelen was born in 1976 in the Anamur district of Mersin;
He graduated from Gazi University, Department of Finance in 1998. Yücelen, who worked as an expert in the Privatization Administration between 1998 and 2004, also completed his master's degree in "Business Administration" at the University of Baltimore in 1999-2000. Combining this corporate experience and knowledge with his entrepreneurial spirit, Yücelen entered business life and assumed the position of Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yücelen Group of Companies, a young and dynamic company with an entrepreneurial vision. Mustafa Yücelen, who successfully completed his basic maritime training and earned the title of captain, developed himself professionally and personally by participating in many certification programs in Turkey and internationally. Mustafa Yücelen, who currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Yücelen Group of Companies, speaks English fluently. He is married with 2 children.
Hakan Yucelen

Hakan Yücelen was born in 1980 in the Anamur district of Mersin;
He graduated from Bilkent University, Department of Communication Design in 2003. He has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Yücelen Group of Companies since 2000.
Hakan Yücelen founded Çözümtürk Energy, which is currently worth $100,000, in 2017. The company, which turned to renewable energy sources due to CO2 emissions being the biggest problem today, started operating in its facility located in Kıranhamanı village of Polatlı district of Ankara in 2017. Çözümtürk Energy, which entered the renewable energy sector with Kıranhamanı Solar Power Plant, aims to become the leader of the sector by rapidly expanding its investments. In 2019, he founded Diamond Defense Industry, which is currently worth $50,000. In 2019, he became the Chairman of the Board of Yücelen Industry and Trade Inc., which is currently worth $2 million.

Yücelen Education, Culture and Health Foundation was established on November 5, 2020, with the aim of carrying the vision of the late Rüştü Kazım Yücelen, who provided valuable services to the Republic of Turkey, was the 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st Term İçel Deputy of the TBMM; Minister of Industry and Technology in the 48th Government, State Minister in the 55th and 57th Governments, and Minister of Internal Affairs in the 57th Government, to the future.
Our foundation continues its activities under the leadership of the Yücelen family; especially Dr. Ali Yücelen, Mustafa Yücelen and Hakan Yücelen. It aims to contribute to the development of our country by providing public benefit services in various areas such as education, culture, health, agriculture, environment, energy, promotion, industry and economy.
The foundation's location, Anamur, was chosen primarily with the mission of contributing to the development of this region; however, the vision of our foundation is built on creating an impact that spreads throughout Turkey. The main purpose of our foundation is to train qualified human resources in line with the principles and goals of the Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk and to produce solutions for the needs of our country. Yücelen Academy, which was established within this scope, prepares our youth for the future with innovative projects in STEM, art, technology, language education and other areas. In these works that we carry out without expecting anything in return, we continue to make a difference both locally and nationally and work for the bright future of Turkey.
As Yücelen Education, Culture and Health Foundation, our vision is to be a leading institution that contributes to social development by producing permanent and strong works in the fields of education, culture and health.
Our aim is to pioneer the raising of generations that will carry our country into the future by developing projects that are built on scientific foundations, are in line with the requirements of the age and respond to social needs.
Drawing strength from our deep-rooted values, our most fundamental goals are to make education accessible and inclusive for every individual, to lead social transformation by supporting scientific studies and innovative approaches, to preserve our cultural heritage and pass it on to the future, to create social awareness in the field of health, and to spread the positive effects of sports on physical and mental health to society.

Donations and aids made in return for a receipt to associations working for the public benefit and foundations granted tax exemption by the President in accordance with the 4th clause of the first paragraph of Article 89 of the Income Tax Law are deducted from the income to be declared in the income tax return, provided that the total annual income does not exceed % 5.
According to Article 10/1-c of the Corporate Tax Law, the total amount of donations and aids made to public administrations with general and special budgets, provincial special administrations, municipalities and villages, foundations granted tax exemption by the President and associations working for the public benefit and institutions and organizations engaged in scientific research and development activities, up to %5 of the corporate income for that year can be deducted from the corporate income.
Points to be noted:
In order to deduct donations and aid from the tax base;
It must also be shown in the declaration.
The non-deductible portion cannot be carried over to the next year.
