“We Are Together in Production Women’s Initiative” Project

Yücelen Education, Culture and Health Foundation continues its work as one of the important supporters of the "We Are Together in Production Women's Initiative" project carried out within the scope of the 2022 Social Development Support Program (SOGEP), supported by the Ministry of Industry and Technology through the Çukurova Development Agency (ÇKA).

The project, which aims to increase employment by encouraging women's entrepreneurship, aims to contribute to the regional economy through the processing of local products and value-added production. Within the scope of the project, a facility will be established for the drying, jam making, re-evaluation and packaging of fruits produced intensively in the region.

This facility will be operated by a women's entrepreneur cooperative and will provide employment opportunities for many women. In addition, it is aimed to market the products produced by the cooperative in cooperation with leading companies in the region. Thus, the foundations of an initiative that will both benefit the local people and add value to the country's economy have been laid.

Yücelen Foundation is proud to support women to take a stronger place in economic and social life with this project. The project contributes to sustainable development and enables women in the region to take a more active role in production and business.
